8 Hours For 8 Weeks!

Let the coaches at High Cadence Coaching Systems help you to prepare so you can show up ready and confident in your abilities!

Give us 8 and 8: 8 hrs a week for 8 weeks, and we will get you ready for your event!

Fundamentally sound training programs that are fully customized to your needs, schedule and abilities. This program has been designed exclusively for the recreational level cyclist or tri athlete that has a specific event goal in mind.  This program is about participating with confidence and achieving your goals.

Your eight week program will consist of:

  • An initial intake assessment with the coaches at High Cadence Coaching Systems
  • A proven training program customized to your schedule and current ability level
  • Full professional bike fit (optional)
  • Unlimited email correspondence with your coach

All of this for a flat fee of $125! (not including bike fit)

What’s needed from you:

  • An event or specific goal
  • Ability to commit to training at least 8 hours per week over an 8 week period
  • Email correspondence with your coach

High Cadence Coaching Systems, a small coaching company that specializes in customized support for any level of endurance athlete.  We have over 20 years of racing and riding experience as both cyclists and multi-sport athletes. High Cadence Coaching System believes in creating programs for individuals that build on consistency and hard work yet are achievable within the constrictions every day real life throws our way. If you have a specific goal in mind, ie Seattle to Portland, Ski to Sea, RAMROD, or  a local century we consider you an endurance athlete and we feel we can help you achieve your goal. Whether it is figuring out how to balance life and training, fixing the mistakes you made last time, or just trying to figure out how to go fast our coaches can help get you there. We will focus on your personal goals and how to make those a reality. Let us help you maximize and enjoy the time you train and prepare for your event.
