On Bike Power and Heart Rate Testing
While there are many more variables effecting outdoor testing, most dramatically temperature, it is often difficult to produce good numbers indoors due to motivation. Using a wireless powertap and your bike we will do two different tests to determine your heart rate and power training zones and find a good estimate of your lactate threshold heart rate and power. One test will be on a flat road utilizing a TT type scenario and the other a short hill climb to try and get a complete picture of your skills and zones. Post test, I will send you detailed graphs of the efforts and explanations of your training zones.
